1. Policy Objective

Sahai Research is committed to preventing our services from being utilized for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit activities. We maintain high standards of transaction transparency and operational integrity.

2. Customer Identification Procedure (KYC)

For premium advisory or stock reports subscription services, clients must undergo identity verification:

Verification of Permanent Account Number (PAN) through online utility portals.

Address verification and identity proof logs (Aadhaar, Passport, or other OVDs).

Maintaining bank account details from which subscription payments are processed.

3. Transaction Integrity & Payment Channels

We do not accept cash payments under any circumstances.

All subscription fees must be paid through banking channels—UPI, Net Banking, credit/debit card, or IMPS/NEFT—from accounts registered in the subscriber's name.

4. Suspicious Transaction Reporting

We regularly monitor transaction logs for anomalies (e.g. multi-origin payments, proxy payments, or structured transactions). Any suspicious activity will be reported to the Financial Intelligence Unit - India (FIU-IND) as required by statutes.
